Dear Bruce,

We are thrilled with our beautiful new mudroom, bathroom, kitchen and sunroom. What a project. Sycamore Kitchens was by far the best contractor we have ever used and we just couldn't be happier. From the design phase, where you and Kristen (your designer) laid out numerous options and selections, to the cabinet selection, where you always found an option, to the construction phase, where we knew exactly what to expect - we just can't stress enough what a pleasure the project has been.

In fact, the kitchen, with its detail, design, molding, inserts and quality workmanship, has impressed everyone that has seen it, including our decorator who just can't believe how nice the room came out - and she sees a lot of homes. The sunroom is so well constructed and feels like it has been a part of our home forever (thank you for suggesting the 6 foot windows, raised header and radiant flooring). The sunroom is a perfect match! We just can't describe how the entire home feels now that it has received your personal touch - everything is brighter, more airy and has such a quality feel. Everything also came out exactly as budgeted, with no hidden surprises, no hidden costs and no cost over-runs.

If we can stress anything to your potential customers it is this: you were always on-time, your crews were first class (clean and courteous), and you always kept us abreast of what to expect. Your designer and sub-contractors were first rate and we appreciate how you were able to coordinate everyone's time (including ours). We actually have a neighbor that started their kitchen before ours and still finished well after you were done.

We appreciate how you were personally involved and oversaw every aspect of construction. You were available 24 / 7, and we are not just saying that. Every call went answered. Every emailed returned. Every concern addressed. It was a real pleasure.

We now look forward to finishing our master bathroom in the Spring of 2011 with Sycamore Kitchens!!!

All we can say is, "thank you". You exceeded our expectations in every imaginable way.

We are also enclosing some pictures for your customers to see. We just love how our house came out.
